Insurance

I do not currently take insurance, but you may be able to see me as an "out of network" provider, which means you will pay out of pocket and be reimbursed by your insurance company. I can provide you with receipts indicating your payments for you to submit to your insurance company.  Every effort is made to assist you in getting reimbursed from your insurance company or HSA account including monthly statements and help with filling out forms.

 

Here are some tips to help you navigate a phone call to your insurance company to find out about your reimbursement eligibility.  Tell the insurance company you want to see a LPC therapist for mental health counseling OUT OF NETWORK and then ask them the following questions:

1. “Do I have out of network benefits?”

2. “What is my deductible?”

3. “Once my deductible is met, what percentage or dollar amount of the fee is reimbursed back to me?”

4. “What is the turn around rate for getting reimbursed once I submit?”

Late Arrival Policy

When you schedule an appointment, I set aside that time specifically for you and will wait for you for that entire 45-minute period. If you arrive late, we can meet for whatever amount of your session time remains, ending at the regularly scheduled end time (for example, 6:45 for a 6:00 session). You will be required to pay for the full session.

Cancellation Policy 

24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. The usual session fee will be charged for no-shows and individuals who do not cancel within 24-hours.
